DCCA BREG Wins Best Government Mobile Website

The Web Marketing Association presented the 2012 Mobile Web award for Best Government Mobile Website to Hawaii’s Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs for their business registration mobile app. Owners of the over 120,000 registered Hawaii businesses and anyone who needs to access business entity information for Hawaii businesses can now leverage any mobile platform (iOS, Android, Windows, Blackberry) to gain access to the the State of Hawaii’s Business Entity Database. Business owners can also file their annual reports from a mobile device. The site automatically detects the platform type and presents an optimized version for that browser.
