Waikalualoko Fishpond Work Day: February 9th

Hi all,

We’ll be at the fishpond on 2/9 at 8am. Teams typically will remove limu from pond, pull mangrove keiki, cut mature mangrove, pass mangrove to chipper etc.

What to bring

  • Covered shoes or tabis
  • Clothing you don’t mind getting dirty
  • Sunscreen
  • Hat (optional)
  • Water bottle and lunch bag (optional)
  • Change of clothes and towel (optional)

What’s included

  • Pizza lunch
  • Igloos of ice water and compostable cups at each work site.

WLFPS does not allow one use plastic water bottles at the pond. Please bring your own recyclable bottle.
