As of April 21, 2021, NIC Hawaii is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Tyler Technologies.

  • Senior teams from NIC and Tyler are working together to determine the appropriate structure for the NIC division of Tyler, including the appointment of a permanent leader.

Will there be any changes to how NIC serves customers as a result of the transaction?
