Introducing myHawaii: Hawaii’s new digital identity platform

Hawaiʻi has launched myHawaii, a secure, user-friendly digital identity platform that allows residents to access a growing number of online state and county services with a single login. Developed by the Office of Enterprise Technology Services in partnership with Tyler Hawaii, the system currently supports 96 applications and includes advanced security features like multifactor authentication and fraud detection.

myHawaii aims to enhance accessibility, reduce redundancy, and improve operational efficiency while prioritizing user support and continuous improvement.

It marks the first step in creating a centralized, personalized digital portal for all government services in Hawaiʻi.
