Contractor Performance Database Now Available on the Hawaii Awards & Notices Data System (HANDS)

Beginning on December 28, 2023 the State Procurement Office (SPO) will have a new online tool built in the Hawaii Awards & Notices Data System (HANDS) that will give State agencies the ability to submit and review contractor performance forms online. Government agencies and contractors can access the database by logging in to https://hands.ehawaii.gov/hands/contractorperformance. 

 “Agencies need to review the contractor’s past performance when making a responsibility determination,” said Bonnie Kahakui, Acting Administrator, “The new contractor performance online database is a structured and uniform way for agencies to do that.”

The SPO launched HANDS in 2017 giving agencies and contractors the ability search for bidding opportunities, contract awards, and CPO requests. Now HANDS will also give agencies the ability to search for past performance submissions.

The State Procurement Office’s Hawaii Awards & Notices Data System (HANDS) was created in partnership with Tyler Hawaii, the official internet portal manager of eHawaii.gov.
