The foundation of this practice comes from a deep-seated empathy for the people who use our products and services. We have a special focus on inclusive design which teaches us that not all disabilities are permanent. It is important to recognize that disabilities can be situational and temporary as well and that disability affects just about everyone throughout their life at some point. Inclusive design is used to make sure our services accommodate the greatest number of users.
